Darius is the best! We were SO tired after a show at the nearby theatre and we literally poured ourselves into Burger & Lobster after 11pm. I love seafood and lobster, so when my Yelp app pointed us here, it wasn't a hard decision.

We ordered a random assortment of things: oysters, lobster mac and cheese, lobster bites. Our food came out quite fast given how busy it was. Darius was a delight to talk to even though we were exhausted and a bit out of it eating such a late night dinner. He honestly might be the nicest person we met in NYC.

Living in Ohio, we don't often run across great seafood places. But here, the seafood was fantastic. The oysters were perfectly briney, the lobster bites melted in your mouth and the mac and cheese was creamy and hit the spot on a late night bite.

We also enjoyed the atmosphere (this spot is in some type of refurbished building) with its super high ceilings, huge bay windows and snazzy blue uplighting. I'd recommend this spot to anyone for delicious comfort food that makes you a happy camper!

Came at 6pm on Friday night and was told it was a 30 minute wait but actually ended up being about an hour. Given it's super touristy location, it was pretty crowded. I was told to put my name on the waitlist and that I would receive a text message when my table was ready. However I did NOT receive a text and only knew I was next to be seated when I went back to the hostess to ask about my place in line.

Anyway, once I was seated, I was pretty hungry and so I let my hunger get the best of me. I got the combo for 1 which is the burger and lobster combo for $35. Also comes with a side salad and fries. My burger was good but nothing special. It comes with tomato, lettuce, onions, bacon and cheese on a sesame bun. However I did enjoy my lobster. It had huge chunks of meat in the claw and tail. The lemon garlic butter was delicious.

The side salad and fries are good complements. My friends and I had a show to catch, so we scarfed down our meal in 30 minutes! I would def be back to enjoy my meal at a more human pace haha!

Cool decor with exposed vaulted ceilings, vines, nautical without being cheesy.

Service was excellent and on their game. I can see everyone in the restaurant being addressed and it looked like they were all well organized.

I just got the basic burger which was really good. I thought a little pricey even for New York but the place is nicer than a typical burger palace.

I think it is worth a visit. I'll be back again to try the lobster roll.

Burger and Lobster...name a more delicious duo!!! I've had this place bookmarked for quite some time so decided to have my birthday lunch here. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype for me.

If I just rated their lobster roll, they would hands down get 5 stars. I could've ate the bread alone! I really can't say I've had a better lobster roll...EVER! However, I was really unimpressed with their calamari which was overcooked and the truffle fries weren't worth the upgrade. The 1.5 lb lobster was a great portion to share, it was meaty and tender. I could've done without their garlic parmesan butter. To top it off, the service wasn't good. I didn't know where our server was most of the time and the place was practically empty. Besides taking our order, we only saw our server when we waved her down for the bill.

I'm not completely writing this place off, but won't be returning any time soon.

Man I'm glad I found this place on Yelp! We were complete newbies in NYC this weekend, so I was flying blind when making reservations for dinner. This was one of the best meals I've had this year. It's a neat take on "surf & turf" with 5-star lobster & steak but in a more casual setting. We tried the oysters, the bisque, the lobster bites, and the combo which includes both a 1-pound lobster and 6oz burger. All delicious and fantastically priced! Worth making a reservation!
